La Almazara de Rancho Olivares has a rich history that dates back to the mid-twentieth century. Originally a small olive grove in Valle de Guadalupe, it grew to become the largest olive grove in Mexico and the largest olive oil producer in Latin America. This land played a significant role in shaping the region and was a precursor to the renowned wine valley.

In 2018 we transformed this historic property into a stunning wedding venue. With our expertise and attention to detail, we create the perfect atmosphere for your special day.

Today Rancho Olivares is once again producing small batches of olive oil to restore the essence of the property. As a working ranch, it has a high-quality production of cattle and sheep for meat as well as horses raised on the property.
